**Marham 10k & Brick Duathlon🚴♀️🏃**
We had four WACers make their west on Sunday for a very warm run around ✈️RAF Marham ✈️, the event hosted by Marham Flyers XK– Thomas Sandy was our sole representative in the duathlon, finishing in a time of 87:52. First home for WAC in the 10k was Kevin Simpson, finishing in a time 43:01 – enough for a new shiny PB🎖 & 3rd🥉 MU40, Katrina Minns (57:58) was next home and finished 2nd🥈 F45-49 before David Evans completed the WAC contingent with a time of 61:54 – Well done you all! 🙌🏻🙌🏻
