W/E 03.08.2024 - Reepham 10k & 20 mile club record broken at Bedford 20 miler

**Reepham 10K**

Next up from Friday night we had 7 runners take part in the event hosted by Reepham Runners – first home for WAC was Todd Lake in a time of 39:28. Todd was followed home by Susan Guest (54:31), David Evans (59:12), Louise Boyce (64:08), Gillian Snook (70:11), Amanda Gray (70:20) & Marina Murdoch (72:00).

Todd Lake was also 1st 🥇M60-69 on the evening along with Susan Guest who added to her 2nd placed age category from Wednesday with a 3rd 🥉F60-69.

**Bedford Autodrome 20 mile**

Last but not least – our only weekend event was the 🏎🏍 Bedford Autodrome 🏎🏍 20 mile event hosted by RunThrough.co.uk with Louise McDonnell representing WAC. Louise did that extremely well with a time of 2:17:55, finishing 6th overall, 1st Female home 🏆🥇 and taking club legend Eva Osborne’s F45 🏅 club record, which had stood for 36 years! Well done Louise – amazing work! 🙌🏻
