W/E 03.02.2024 - Rearranged Autumn Blickling Half Marathon

First up this week on weekly review we head to the rearranged Blickling Half Marathon  , from October last year due to flooding on the course, hosted by EPIC Norfolk - Exercising People In Communities Norfolk  – WAC had 19 members making their way around the countryside course – starting and finishing in Aylsham. First home for WAC was Ross Palgrave (PB🎖️ – 85:41), followed by Dan Brocklehurst (PB🎖️ – 88:45) & Gareth Seville (89:59). First WAC female home was Claire Brown  (1:41:03), followed by Liz Sendall (PB🎖️ – 1:42:46) & Eloise Peek  (1:50:35).

We had 5 Personal Bests on the day; Ross Palgrave🎖️, Dan Brocklehurst 🎖️, Liz Sendall🎖️, Kevin Denmark  (PB🎖️ – 1:52:51) & Joe Woodley (PB🎖️ – 2:05:49). Kevin managed to finish 1st🥇 M65+ back and was joined by Claire Brown, 1st🥇 F60-64, with an age category victory.
